Who we are

Following a career in the automotive sector, key universal values were established: prioritising customer satisfaction and emphasising a ‘fix right first time’ approach.

After entering the property maintenance industry, I identified a gap in reliable, high quality carpentry and property care. A common narrative of poor quality work by unskilled, unlicensed service providers, or the inability to secure leading construction companies to complete smaller works. HIGHLANDS REMEDIALL was born.

Founded in 2013, HIGHLANDS REMEDIALL has since addressed this sector and expanded its services. With over a decade servicing Sydney’s North Shore and Eastern Suburbs, we built a reputation for providing exceptional client experiences and exceeding expectations.

All together solidifying a passion for delivering the best possible client experience, all while exceeding expectations and more importantly taking pride every day in what we deliver.

After spending time in the Southern Highlands during the pandemic, my partner and I fell in love with the area and decided to join existing family roots, relocating to raise our young family here in the community.
